At Packaging365, we know that once you’ve made a sale on Vinted, eBay, or Etsy, you want to get it packed and posted as quickly as possible. We’ve designed our shipping process to be fast, reliable, and affordable for UK independent sellers.
1. Same-Day Dispatch
We don’t believe in waiting around.
- Order before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday): Your order will be dispatched the very same day.
- Orders after 1:00 PM: Will be dispatched the next working day.
- Note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
We keep our shipping costs transparent so you can keep your business overheads low.
- FREE Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over £30.
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and size.
- Express Shipping: Faster options are available at checkout for those urgent “out of stock” emergencies.
3. Our Delivery Partners
We use trusted UK couriers to ensure your packaging arrives in perfect condition:
- Orders under 2kg: Typically shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
- Orders over 2kg: Shipped via our dedicated courier partners (e.g., Evri, DPD, or DX).
- Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly on the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. UK-Only Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain our high standards of speed and reliability for our core community of UK sellers.
6. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
We take great care in packing your order, but if something goes wrong:
- Please report any damaged or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery.
