At Packaging365, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shipping supplies. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to ensure your mailing bags and tapes are exactly what you need for your business.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
- In the same condition that you received them.
- Unopened and unused (we cannot accept returns on split packs of mailing bags or used rolls of tape).
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@packaging365.co.uk.
Please note:
- Returns must be sent to our UK warehouse. We will provide the specific return address once your request is accepted.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the packaging is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right straight away.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need (for example, if you ordered 9×12″ but actually need 12×16″) is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new size.
5. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
- Approved Refunds: Will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
