Orders and Shipping
Orders received before 1pm are shipped same day. Please allow 3 to 5 days for standard delivery.
You can create an account at checkout when placing your order.
If you have a registered account you can change the shipping address on the My Account page.
A tracking number for your shipment will be sent to you by email.
All payment information is processed by our payment processeing provider. No credit cards details are stored on the website.
We do not charge separate sales tax.
We are currently only accepting orders from the United Kingdom.
Generally all single orders are shipped as one delivery. There may be exceptions due to weight restrictions from delivery providers. If this is the case you will be notified

Yes. Sold-out items can be pre-ordered. We will notify you as soon as we receive new stock.
