Welcome to Packaging365. By placing an order on our website (https://packaging365.co.uk), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Basis of Sale
When you click “Place Order,” you are offering to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£).
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. However, the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment of checkout.
- Payment must be made in full via our secure checkout (PayPal/Stripe) before goods are dispatched.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves on supporting small businesses with fast turnarounds.
- Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day.
- Delivery Estimates: While we aim for 2-3 working days for standard delivery, these are estimates provided by our couriers (e.g., Royal Mail / Evri / DPD).
- Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot be held liable for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.
4. Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your packaging. If it’s not right, here is how we handle it:
- Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us of a return. However, here at Packaging365 we want to give you the best possible service and we give you 30 days from receiving your goods to notify us of a return.
- Condition of Goods: For a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns on “split packs” or used mailing bags.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your packaging arrives damaged, contact us at hello@packaging365.co.uk, or via our contact page, within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.
5. Limitation of Liability
Packaging365 provides high-quality supplies, but we are not responsible for how you use them. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to courier delays or the failure of a parcel once it has left our warehouse, beyond the value of the goods purchased.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
